Struggling to recover from the attack, Henry and Capon manage to escape and continue toward their destination, only to be refused entry at Trosky Castle after failing to provide proof of who they are. Seeking refuge and answers, they find themselves in a nearby tavern where tensions rise, and Capon’s temper ignites a violent brawl. In the aftermath of the chaos, anger and blame lead to a bitter argument between the two companions, and Capon departs in frustration, leaving Henry alone to face the uncertain path ahead.
After discovering that Otto von Bergow is expected to appear at a wedding taking place in the village of Semine, Henry decides to infiltrate the event in hopes of confronting him and uncovering his true loyalties.
